What we collect

When you email or phone us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and message content. For sponsored school programmes we may process learner attendance and academic data as agreed with schools and sponsors — always for educational reporting, not for sale.

Why we use it

• Respond to enquiries about school adoption, CSI partnerships, and services
• Deliver and report on education programmes
• Meet contractual and B-BBEE / SED reporting obligations with sponsors
• Improve our website and communications

Lawful basis (POPIA)

We process information with your consent (e.g. contact enquiries), to perform contracts with schools and sponsors, and where required by law. We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with schools, corporate sponsors (in aggregated or programme-specific reports), and trusted service providers who assist hosting or administration, under confidentiality obligations.

Security & your rights

We take reasonable steps to protect information. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing jurgen@jbeducation.co.za. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
