2009 – 2014

WHAT DID WE DO?

  • Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, Physical Science and Accounting Learner Development Programme (Saturday and Holiday School) in the Kwazamokuhle Township, Mpumalanga.
  • Teacher Development Programme in the
    Mpumalanga area.
  • School Management Coaching.

WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?

  • We started with a pass rate of 22% and in 2
    years we were achieving a 90% pass rate.
  • We where also awarded with the 2012 Community Project of the year among all Coal Mine Houses in SA.
  • Upliftment of teachers.
  • A very sustainable project.

2011 – CURRENT

WHAT DID WE DO?

Mathematics, Physical Science & Accounting Learner and Teacher Development Programmes for Penolopele Secondary School.

WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?

We have managed to work with the school to develop the teachers and help the learners to achieve very good results every year.

2007 – 2010

WHAT DID WE DO?

Teacher Training in Gauteng, Free State, Kwazulu Natal and the Western Cape.

WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?

A very successful project with guaranteed sustainability.

2015 – 2017 (1)

WHAT DID WE DO?

Learner Development Programme (Saturday and Holiday School) in the Kwazamokuhle Township, Mpumalanga.

WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?

After Anglo left the project Exxaro took over the sponsorship. We are still maintaining a 90% pass rate and the project is very successful.

2015 – 2017 (2)

WHAT DID WE DO?

Teacher Development Programme in the Mpumalanga area.

WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?

  • Upliftment of teachers.
  • A very sustainable project.

2017 – CURRENT

WHAT DID WE DO?

Mathematics, Physical Science and Accounting Learner and Teacher Development Programme for Walmer High School (Port Elizabeth), Umtiza High School (East London) and Dondashe Senior Secondary School (Centane Village).

WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?

Walmer High Schools’ pass rate increased from 22% to 73% in one year.

2015 – CURRENT

WHAT DID WE DO?

Mathematics Learner Holiday Programme for 300+ learners from Sasolburg.

WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?

Fezile Dabi was the top performing District in Mathematics in 2017 & 2018.
